A Workshop on How to Find Current Topics For Research

Conducted in a 2-hour online workshop session format November 2021, this community service program aims to share my practical experiences as an Indonesian researcher on finding current research topics, specifically English Foreign Language (EFL) teaching and learning. The participants of were seventeen (17) lecturers the Education at Universitas Muhammadiyah Yogyakarta, Indonesia. synchronously Zoom platform, started with presentation three main points: (1) “my ways” (2) published articles that might provide writing ideas for participants, (3) reasons why need write publish their work academic journal. This was ended by question answer from participants. Some reflective questions researchers future programs also presented.
